Evolution of Fishermen are a six-piece folk band, brought together by a mutual love of storytelling, unique harmony and original folk songs. The group formed in 2021 and have since embedded themselves in the contemporary folk scene.

 

The band have played across London and the country consistently since forming, playing venues such as Green Note and Old Blue Last in London, the O2 Academy Islington, The Crescent in York and festivals such as Gate to Southwell, Wilderness, Deershed & Medicine (with Sam Lee). 

 

They released their debut EP ‘Days Like These’ in May last year and launched with a sell out a gig at St Bartholomew the Great’s church in London, and most recently have embarked on their new live format, 'The Circle', at Paper Dress Vintage in London.
