Evolution of Fishermen are a five-piece folk band, brought together by a mutual love of storytelling, unique harmony and original folk songs. The group formed in 2021 and have since embedded themselves in the contemporary folk scene.

The band have managed a successful string of gigs since their formation. Playing notable venues such as Green Note and Old Blue Last in London, The Crescent in York and festivals such as Wilderness, Deershed & Medicine (with Sam Lee).

They are also a regular act for Sofar Sounds.

They released their debut EP ‘Days Like These’ in May this year and launched with a sell out a gig at St Bartholomew the Great’s church in London.
